Can you automate something that isn't on this page?
Usually, yes. If it repeats, starts from something clear (a form, an email, a file, a date), lives in tools you already use and ends in something defined (a record, a task, a file, a draft, a report), it can be a Sprint workflow. Tell us about it in the form. We'll say plainly if it isn't a fit.
Does it email my clients on its own?
No. Internal steps like filing, CRM updates and tasks can run on their own. Anything that reaches a client ends as a draft, and a person on your team reads it and sends it.
We're a law firm, brokerage, builder or restaurant, not an agency. Can you help?
Yes. Matter intake, transaction checklists, subcontractor paperwork, site reports, supplier orders and staff schedules all repeat, and they fit the same Sprint. For law firms we do the admin around the practice, never legal advice, and a lawyer reviews anything that goes to a client. The prices are the same, so we'll tell you plainly on the first call if the hours saved don't justify it.
What won't you take on?
Your books or tax inside QuickBooks or Xero, customer-facing chatbots or voice agents, lead generation (ads, SEO, cold email), custom software, and "automate the whole company" for one small fee. For bookkeeping firms we work on the office around the ledger: inbox, onboarding, document chases.
Where does our data live?
In your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. We build inside your tenant, so you keep the keys when we're done.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. 20–60 minutes, then a free summary and a fixed price. If you want the detailed written plan, that's optional and paid.
We already pay for Copilot / Gemini / ChatGPT. Why this?
Licences give your team a tool. We set up the specific jobs it should do every week, in your voice and your tools, so it actually gets used.
How soon can we start?
Kickoff is usually within a week of a signed scope. Starter and Standard go live in about 2–4 weeks; Foundation in 4–6.
What's a "fix" versus a new job?
A fix corrects one of the agreed workflows. A brand-new job is a priced change, so the scope never quietly sprawls.
